To ensure you are maximizing these benefits, we have prepared this 2025 Open Enrollment Guide. Open enrollment is a brief period each year when you can modify your benefits. This guide details all the benefits offered by Mil-Tek USA Recycling & Waste Solutions LLC, allowing you to determine which options are best suited for you and your family. Mil-Tek US supports the medical, dental, and vision coverages by contributing 50% of the employee cost, and 50% of the additional cost for dependents. Benefits are effective on the date of employment. Changes made during open enrollment will become effective on November 1 st , 2025.
