Health Insurance - Medical We will continue with United Healthcare as our medical provider, offering the DF-5W/RxK28S Choice Direct Gold w/Care Cash plan. As with last year’s plan, this includes Care Cash, a pre-funded debit card program that supports first-dollar coverage for specific health care expenses.
